Since the project’s prime location in Richmond has long been a favourite spot for Chinese immigrants, the client was looking for an agency that can help them market towards Chinese speaking community. At the point of the third tower launch, the client reached out to Popup for a marketing solution.
Search Engine Marketing
Having known the client’s needs, we tailored a strategy combining social media, digital and KOL marketing to achieve their goals. Following an analysis of the target audiences, we included WeChat, Red, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram as the main platforms to promote the project.
For WeChat, we thoughtfully structured the details and rendering to impress the audiences; meanwhile, we assured the consistency of the layout in each advertorial to keep One Park top of mind. For Red, we combined KOLs and KOCs, allowing them to present the project in creative ways, therefore, substantially displaying the features of One Park and reaching different demographics with disparate needs. Moreover, to target potential Cantonese-speaking buyers locally and overseas (mainly in Hong Kong), we invited three popular local Cantonese-speaking YouTubers to produce project touring videos according to their own style.
Combined with the project’s sales promotion, we successfully helped One Park reach potential buyers within different demographic groups. Here is what we achieved:
