As the project relaunched in winter 2021, the client was looking for a solution to stand out amongst the luxury projects in the city and make the sales soar. We are currently working with ASA and Magnum on this project to give it a refreshing look and market towards the Chinese-speaking community.

Campaign One.

After an in-depth analysis, we considered that lacking a digital presence was the main reason for blocking the audiences’ reach-out. To maximize exposure, we developed an intensive KOL marketing campaign that targets expansively on potential buyers within different demographics.

Influencers from various social media platforms brought well-tailored videos to showcase the sophisticated aesthetics and luxurious features of the project. Their creativity successfully won the attention of the target audiences and generated plenty of buzz for the project. In addition, Popup has developed a bespoke SEM strategy that allowed ASA to reach thousands of potential buyers across the country.

Campaign Two.

Since Chinese buyers often seek out ways to create wellness when purchasing new homes, we also helped ASA launch a campaign on a FengShui theme. We invited a renowned FengShui master to the project’s site, and produced a video to delineate the good FengShui that the project may bring to the future residents.
